Thank you for using Sashi, a product by Crearket. Our app is designed to help pet owners register, manage, and protect information about their pets through the use of digital identifiers. The security and privacy of your personal data and your pet’s data are our highest priority.

By using Sashi, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the application.

• Pet information: name, breed, age, physical characteristics, veterinary and medical details (optional).
• Emergency contact information: phone numbers, addresses, or other details you choose to make visible.

• To enable pet identification when their digital tag is scanned.
• To facilitate contact between pet owners and third parties who find a lost pet.

You control what information is displayed when someone scans your pet’s tag. At any time, you may configure your privacy settings in the app to decide whether to share:

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping providers).
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in perfect condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or misuse of QR tags.
